Abstract :
Directing to surplus force problem of the elect-hydraulic load simulator, aimed at multiple inputs multiple outputs control system this article proposes a decoupling control method to solve the force-position coupling problem. This method broke the traditional compensation method. Taking asymmetric cylinder as the object, a mathematical model of system is build firstly, and then a decoupling controller is designed. Simulation and experimental results show that the decoupling control method can improve tracking accuracy and frequency response, and greatly shorten debugging cycle.
