Abstract :
In this paper, considering a multirate NCS based on output feedback, with stochastic packet dropout, we formulate a filter design problem based on multiple buffered measurements. Through the lifting technique, the multirate NCS are transformed into the equivalent single-rate system. Using the orthogonality principle, the corresponding optimal filter is derived in the linear-minimum-mean-squared-error sense. The computer simulation example shows the effectiveness of the proposed filter.
