Abstract :
There is now an established industry view that cheaper, more flexible infrastructure will facilitate the cost-effective delivery of a wide range of new products and services - rendering existing network/service paradigms obsolete. This paper describes objective voice quality measurement and its application to NGN and 3G network management.
