  • Abstract
    This paper describes some lines of investigation adopted to determine failure causes in on-load tap-changers 145 kV/400 A, connected to the transformer windings working in delta. Some results, the final report conclusions related to failure causes and recommendations for avoiding the risks of new failures are shown
