Abstract :
An alternative to reduce the complexity of color digital lensless holographic microscopy (CDLHM) is presented. A super-bright white-light light-emitting diode (LED) is spectrally and spatially filtered to produce the needed illumination by CDLHM to work. CDLHM with LED illumination is used to image at full color a section of the head of a drosophila melanogaster fly (fruit fly). The method shows the capability of imaging objects of 2μm size.
