Abstract :
With domestic and international frequent public crisis occurring, public crisis management has become a hot academic research. The ability of crisis management capabilities of public crisis management sector and scientific evaluation system design is often affected by many complex factors. An appropriate computational model and the analysis system will be able to achieve the goals of ensuring social security. The optimal computing model of a crisis management is an effective way by the introduction of the basic principles of analytic hierarchy process.
