Abstract :
Aimed at micro-plus air pressure conveying fly ash applied in coal-fired power plant widely, a suit of real-time monitor and fault diagnosis specialist system was designed. The real-time monitor system can choose local or upper operator optionally, display the current operating condition of micro-plus air pressure conveying fly ash system on computer display and simulative board timely and facilely. The fault diagnosis specialist system has used modularization structure and laminal design idea, so the interface is friendly and the usage is facility, moreover, it can judge the fault of micro-plus air pressure conveying fly ash system, and prepare the processing measures exactly. The suit of real-time monitor and fault diagnosis specialist system is not only used as visual aid in experiment, but also as the important monitor system in master control room of coal-fired power plant.
