Abstract :
Based on the defects of the traditional methods to be used in selecting the quality of the bridgewire explosive device, a non-destructive selecting technology is given by the author in this paper. After the author introduced the development and application of this product, the key parameters to its quality are shown and the testing method is introduced. It is transient pulse testing technology. The testing theory is introduced in detail and the construction of testing system is illustrated. Given single constant-current pulse, by simulation the products action procedure of the igniters, we could get a curve of performance parameters in this testing way. Depend on the testing results, we could select out the needed high quality bridgewire explosive device easily.
