  • Abstract
There are three mobile digital communication systems implemented now, they are classified by their multi-channel are divided, namely, FDM, TDM and FDM/TDM (Hybrid division). In this paper, they will be compared from the point of view of military tactics, their relative merits and drawbacks will be described. In military tactical mobile communication system, it is well known that RITA system uses FDM, the JTIDS system uses TDM, and the PTARMIGAN system uses hybrid division. At the end of the paper, the fourth system CDM(code division) is mentioned It seems that any kind of pure scheme is not completly adequate, it will be better to use the mixed techniques.
