Abstract :
Objects will generate luminous radiation when objects is stimulated by external visible light, X-ray, gamma-ray and electron beam etc. The key that detecting and identifying the objects luminous radiation characteristic is the measurement. The measurement decided the luminous generation when the objects are excited . This is a more sensitive expertise when we apply the measurements to detect the reflected radiation from measured objects in certain distance, and the time parametric analysis of measured objects luminous radiation decide the measuring sensitivity through luminous radiation time resolving power and luminous radiation time decay rate. The experimental result indicates that the measurement has more accuracy and sensitivity.The paper includes the basic principle of measurement, algorithm of measurement and measurement construction diagram.
