Abstract :
This study proposed a pulse excitated eddy current sensor as well as the method of signal processing. To the plate displacement detection, for example, this paper designed and built a pulse excitated eddy current sensor detection experimental system. This paper introduced the principle of the eddy current testing method of pulsed excitation. For experimental resultant excitation response signals, this method respectively used four different methods to extract the feature information and establish the functional relationship between the feature information and the displacement .Analysis and comparison of these four ways results show that the integral difference method has high detection precision, calculation speed, so this method has a good value of practical application.
