Abstract
In order to gain a visual and direct understanding of the complex network and in line with the real-life characteristic of the brain functional complex network, we advised the novel deterministic modeling and simulation methods by abstracting the node and edge to shape the brain functional network in according with the anatomical structure on the basis of graph theory. By the theoretical predictions and fMRI experiment data simulation, we got the accordant results that the brain functional network had the characteristic of small-world with short average path length and high cluster coefficient. The verification with the analytical results and the programs implied that the processing solution of the brain functional network was feasible and had the effect on the reference and conduction of the brain clinical research.
