Abstract :
This paper presents a labview-based integration testing system for vehicle electronic control unit. This test system simulates the vehicle control signal, sensor signal, bus signal and fault signal synchronously for the test of vehicle electronic control unit by invoking widely used automotive test or development tools such as CANoe, dSPACE, Softing DTS, etc. In this paper, the integration invoking method is discussed, and the sharing data of equipments and the synchronization mechanism is described. Finally, the performance of the integration testing system proposed in this paper is verified by the experiments of power failure of accelerator pedal sensor and the timeout fault of CAN bus.
