Abstract
In this paper, an optimization expert control system in forecasting sinter production process is presented. The system can predict the quality of the sinter and generate the ore mixing recipes model based on the quality requirement. We have obtained remarkable benefits with applying the system to the sinter production. The results show that the model is simple is simple and efficient, and it has higher predictive precision. Here we mainly from the aspects of the exploration ingredient rule, establishing the ingredient model, forecasting agglutinates the quality and the optimized ingredient plan to conduct the research, thus realizes agglutinating the ingredient automatic optimized control. The practice indicated that, applies the nerve network technology in the ingredient expert system is suitable and the success, the ingredient plan optimization method which uses practical is effective, This method is not is only suitable for the ingredient question, it has the big versatility; This technology definitely may promote applies in other domains. We foresee, this technical achievement will have the broad application prospect in the practice.
