Abstract :
The end face run-out of tapered roller is an important quality index for tapered roller bearing. This article introduces a kind of auto-measuring system for this quality index and focuses on application of data fusion. Multi-cycle measurement under single sensor and data fusion are very effective for eliminating various disturbances and improving detecting veracity. This system accords with the rule of measurement for tapered roller bearing and can actualize auto-measurement of large end face run-out and auto-sorting. It has been validated by practical application and obtained Chinese patent.
