Abstract :
Measuring results are very strongly affected by system temperature in the experiment of measuring the water ratio of turbine oil based on microwave resonant cavity perturbation. In order to improve the measuring precision, this paper put forward an experimental plan of temperature control system and implemented the experiment. The hardware circuit design and software implementation method of the temperature control system were presented in this paper. Several heaters with small power to work take turns, controlling the temperature steadily. This temperature controlling system has simple structure, proper price, and the practical application indicates that the system is with friendly interface and convenient operation. Further more, its measuring and controlling accuracy are high, measuring accuracy can be to 0.01degC and controlling accuracy is 0.1degC, meeting to the requirements of wetness measuring system.
