Abstract :
In order to improve the control accuracy and robustness of the control system for permanent magnetic synchronous motor, the required machining accuracy in modern manufacturing has become more and more demanding. This paper presents to combine the advantages of traditional PID control and fuzzy control, based on the permanent magnetic synchronous motor: PMSM vector control model, to develop a fuzzy PID controller. First, the system is based on PID control undergoing immediate correction of parameters and through simulation experiments to show that the PID controller results in greater advantages, achieving effects beyond traditional PID. On actual quantitative values, the fuzzy PID controller developed in this paper have a dynamic stability superior to conventional PID controller especially in overshooting where in can be reduced up to ten percentage. It also increases the robustness against outer interference.
