Abstract :
Information Technologies and Communications (ICT) have become a strategic tool for organizations in the twenty-first century, where their inclusion should have a proper strategic analysis, relevant and timely so that ICT support to the success of organization. This article illustrates the results of theoretical research related to fundamental aspects should involve strategic analysis of the inclusion of ICT in administrative activity; analysis is based on several authors, experience and the modern theory of strategic management. It is important to note that the analysis was conducted according to general characteristics of the Colombian business environment.
