Abstract :
This paper presents a new conception for PID-robust control oriented on power station processes. A unified procedure is proposed for identification of both process nominal model and of uncertainties. Controller parameters are optimized using object-oriented criteria within the robust theory approach. Procedures of identification and optimization are illustrated by two industrial applications examples. The tuning of PI/PID-robust controllers implemented an the IEC (Israel Electric Corporation) power stations provides sufficiently good settings of these controller parameters
