Abstract

In this paper, based upon the Object-Oriented Rule-based Model (OO-RM), a personalized service management system (PSMS) is designed and implemented in which the desired services can be provided for all customers and users´ personal information can be properly managed. Besides, the charging models describing the costs of all services, which may be different for different users, also have been included in PSMS. By applying the object-oriented techniques, new services and new users can be increased easily without changing the architecture of whole system
