Abstract :
The electroluminescence (EL) detected in polymer films subjected to a uniform AC field is presumably excited by the direct/indirect effects of charge injection from the contact into the polymer. Hence, EL should be sensitive to the interface field, and so to the internal space charge trapped in the material. The aim of this work is to check the relevance of this hypothesis
