Abstract
This paper studies optimal resource allocation (rate/power allocation) in a communication network under uncertainty. A motivation for the work is given by a paucity of work on optimal stochastic rate/power control. The paper suggests a solution to optimal stochastic resource control based on a primal-dual algorithm
