Abstract
We present a narrow band, passive band-reject filter at 2.4 GHz fabricated with a RF bipolar process (NT25). The filter typically provides 48 dB of rejection and has rejection tuning capability. The filter does not use any active components and consequently has high linearity and low pass band NF (noise figure)
