Abstract :
An efficient fast-search algorithm is proposed. With the help of fuzzy reasoning, the algorithm can determine the motion vectors of image blocks quickly and correctly. According to the experimental results, our algorithm performs better than other search algorithms, such as 3SS, NTSS, 4SS, SES, PS, and GPS in terms of five different measures
