  • Abstract
    The algorithm of the electromagnetic analysis in the time-domain mode of planar structures with arbitrary distribution of permittivity (ε>ε0, ε<ε0, ε=0, ε<0) is stated. A 2-parametric algorithm and expressions for Rτ-elements of the equivalent circuit of volume of space are presented. The given expressions also allow one to form a thin (1 layer of a grid) absorbing wall for a flat wave and eigen wave rectangular waveguide Hm0. The accuracy of the method is appreciated. The technique is implemented in the Rt-H planar analyzer program. The characteristics obtained with the program are described which allows one to analyze an area of 150×90 of wavelengths (5.4·106 of nodes of a grid) on the Pentium-II computer (128 Mb, 433 MHz) in 7.5 hours
