Abstract
A method of analysis of the spiral antenna input impedance is presented. It is based on the generalized transmission line theory that accounts for the wave nature of the electromagnetic field. Application of the iterative analysis method of the equivalent transmission line is discussed for the adopted model. Numerical modeling and experimental results for the flat Archimedean spiral antenna input impedance are presented
