Abstract :
The quasi-linear theory of interaction between surface plasmons and a non-monoenergetic electron beam moving parallel to the semiconductor boundary is developed. For the quasi-equilibrium state the distribution function of the beam electrons, the spectrum of the surface plasmons and the value of the power losses of the electron beam for the whole relaxation time are derived
