Abstract :
The smart antenna has been proposed for the CDMA receiver and has gained great benefits. However, when the interfering signals come from approximate directions, the antenna array may not able to separate them well. We propose a new scheme to combine the smart antenna with a parallel interference canceller, which can effectively solve such a problem
