Abstract :
This paper presents some results obtained by the authors concerning the behavioral synthesis of microelectronic structures, i.e. starting the synthesis procedure from the electrical specifications of the desired structure, at the lowest possible level, the device level. The presented examples are worked out using area distributed resistive structures, as the best suited media for synthesis of signal attenuators and D/A scaling devices
