Abstract :
For real world applications we need the data to be processed in real time. In fuzzy logic/sets based application the membership function circuits (MCF´s) are time critical points. To obtain short time responses, we propose to use an analog fuzzification circuit - with a simple structure that allows good performance in processing speed and in area consumption when used in a integrated solution - to implement a membership function used in robot´s pattern recognition applications
