Abstract
Based on the theory of signal reconstruction, this paper puts forward a valid method of recovery of the blurred image-the fixed-phase iterative algorithm recovery. By analyzing the mathematical description and property of the blurred image, the phase spectrum of the astigmatism system is a zero-phase-spectrum. Consequently, relying on the phase-only reconstruction principle, the blurred image can be reconstructed and recovered by an iterative algorithm. This paper focuses on the three steps of the iterative algorithm and some details on how to process data in every step. Finally, two conclusions are drawn after the realization of the method
