Abstract :
An algorithm for detecting small moving target in noisy image sequences with temporal recursive low pass filter is proposed in the condition of constant false alarm. This algorithm is effective in suppressing background and separating small moving targets. The binary mask of moving targets is obtained with appropriate threshold. Several kinds of parameters in the algorithm are analyzed. Validity of this algorithm is verified with real-time hardware application
