Abstract :
In this study, we segmented an organ from noise which has a different gray value distribution, through using a gray value portion, since each internal organ has its own gray value portion according to each gray value. We performed an effective segmentation by using the subtraction method, with a generated template from the mesh image. The method of using the template can be used to segment the organ which have the different gray value distribution because it solves the problem of the existing method it is difficult to extract noise with the same gray value range
