Abstract
The use of the non-linear photosensitive characteristics of germanosilicate hydrogenated standard telecommunication optical fibers one can successfully design first and third window narrow band suppression filters. Taking into account the experimental characterization of the photosensitivity versus the UV exposition, a proper theoretical model optimized dual suppression band in-line fiber filters placed on the first and third transmission windows
