Abstract :
This paper studies linear time-varying digital systems (LTV DS) and their main characteristics. Appearance of the additional harmonics in the output spectrum of LTV DS requires reconsidering the idea of sampling frequency selection, established for stationary DS. The paper generalizes the known sampling theorem for the case of LTV DS as well as for DS, in which parameters vary periodically
