Abstract
Modern metallurgical complex like Novokuznetsk Western-Siberian Metallurgical Complex has a large installed capacity of nonlinear, and also asymmetrical and sharply alternating (impact) loads: converters, arc and induction furnaces etc. that have considerable influence on quality coefficients of the electric power (QCEP). This paper briefly discusses the various issues of power quality control in the complex with reference to Russian standards
