Dilating of frequency band of an estimation of a dispersion relative inductivity
Abstract :
High-accuracy apparatus for researching ε´ and tgδ of liquid and solid dielectrics over the range of 10-107 Hz and 109-1010 Hz frequency was designed and operates in the authors´ institute. Measurement assurance as two state special measurement standards of unit of inductivity E´, initial means of measurement tgδ and standard samples of relative inductivity (SS RI), spreading on this part of the frequency band were designed. Needs of science and production require necessity of frequency band extension up to 10-3-10-5 Hz towards infra-low frequencies and area of a very high frequency of range up to frequencies about 70-100 GHz. It is bound to occurrence of volumetric-charge polarization mechanism in the field of infra-low frequencies and to considerable value of a dispersion of relative inductivity in the range of 10-1 -10-3 Hz
