LEAP is Cooper Union´s new leadership and professional development program which is designed to offer engineering students a structured, yet flexible, selection of participatory leadership experiences, workshops and courses. LEAP´s goal is to cultivate the professional and interpersonal skills of engineering students and to enhance their leadership potential in both the college and the workplace, thereby advancing the profession of engineering
