The objective of the paper is to illustrate how program and course concept maps and competence charts can be developed and utilized to help faculty, staff, students, and stakeholders to better understand the global curriculum, identify pedagogical program weaknesses, and create strategies for improvements. Sample concept maps and competence charts are presented and common program weaknesses are identified and discussed
