Abstract :
The authors have developed a geometric model of the human body in order to quantify in detail the physiological influences of various environmental factors. The grid generation around the body and the numerical calculations were performed efficiently using the CFSV model. As examples of this model´s use, the authors simulated the radiative heat transfer between a body and its surroundings and the airflow around it. The calculated results show the characteristics of the body shape and the usability of the model
