Abstract :
Summary form only given. We describe new nonlinear transient thermoelectric effect that promise high conversion efficiency of infrared and/or visible radiation into electricity. This effect may be used for the utilization of the infrared part of solar irradiation spectra, which is longstanding problem in the solar power conversion technology.
