The main problem of the tactical communication systems is to provide communication for various tactical situations. The modern communication means which are based on microprocessors can change in their functions and qualities. Various functions may be implemented in an independent communication means. The architecture of a tactical communication system should be defined by activation of suitable functions. The requirements of tactical situation determine activation of functions and creation the architecture elements.
