Abstract
New and previously published external array calibration algorithms are applied to experimental data for performance evaluation. Angle-of-arrival (AOA) independent antenna complex gain corrections are estimated along with other uncertain or unknown parameters such as antenna and/or source locations. Experimental data is available for a surveyed large sparse aperture array with 12 antennas at 980 MHz and surveyed near-field source locations.
