Abstract :
A new technique is proposed to effect stabilization of the center frequency and quality factor of CMOS band-pass biquadratic filter due to changes in environmental temperature. The method uses conventional negative feedback technique to stabilize the transconductance of the building blocks against temperature variations. Since these building blocks control the frequency and quality factor of the filter, the filter characteristics are accordingly stabilized
