Abstract :
This paper introduces a new synchronization mechanism that can estimate the network delay in advance and adjust the evaluation based on the variation of the network delay and discusses how to guarantee the quality of service of the media during the synchronization. The emulation results indicate that this synchronization mechanism can achieve high synchronization quality and adapt to various network environments
