            Abstract : 
The results of designing an integro-differential model of a dielectric cylinder with a fractal surface are presented. The integro-differential characteristic of component of an electrostatic field near to a rough surface are obtained. The figure of the deformation of a homogeneous field by the dielectric cylinder is shown. The numerical calculation results of a field structure are presented
