Abstract
The problem of parametrizing feedback systems with prescribed properties for general linear systems in Rosenbrock representation is considered. With this, the results of stabilizing controller parametrization for state space systems can be extended to the general case where system regularity is not assumed. The stabilization theory is formulated axiomatically to permit its application to a wide variety of design problems and is extremely elementary in nature
