Abstract :
This paper depicts the intelligent customer constructing system (INCCS) that is designed to meet the request of the Long Distance and Mobile Subgroup of Chunghwa Telecom Company (CHT-LDM) by the intelligent network project of Chunghwa Telecommunication Laboratories (briefly, IN project). INCCS is an auxiliary system to process personal number (PN) data automatically. Due to the wide development and popularity of the Internet, a Web function is added to INCCS. It provides customers with more convenient and vivid audio-visual enjoyment from the PC environment
