Abstract
A new wideband BiCMOS current conveyor is presented. It has an advantage of low input resistance at port X. It is therefore used to design high frequency applications such as the high frequency programmable filter presented in this paper. PSPICE simulations promise good performance. The voltage supply is ±2.5 V
