Abstract :
This paper advances a new paradigm for innovation management, that is, competence-based innovation portfolio. If an enterprise wants to get long-term success, it should cultivate and improve its core competence. Thus the research on the relationship between innovation and competence is of much importance, so are the integration between technological innovation and organizational innovation, and the integration between independent innovation and collaborative innovation
